We want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do our best to ensure that you are happy. Please note that each item is made by hand and has its own unique characteristics.

Unfortunately, as a small 'one woman business', Minterior does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.
We cannot provide you with a refund or exchange if the product is damaged by your child. As with all children's products, adult supervision is required. Products that contain small parts may pose a choking hazard and should not be used by children under 4.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items mailed back for exchange must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
