Priority Processing
Since most of our products are made-to-order, orders are generally ready to ship within 3-4 weeks from ordering.
If you have a specific date you need your order by, add ‘Priority Processing’ to your order. You only need to pay for this once per order.
Please leave a note at checkout specifying your date and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If we cannot process your order on time, you will be contacted as soon as possible. The ‘Priority Processing’ fee will be refunded to you.

Please note that items have not been safety tested. Small parts contain a choking hazard and are not designed for small children. This item is not suitable for children under 4 years old. Adult supervision and gentle hands are required.

DIY Kits ship within 1 week of ordering. Most other items are made-to-order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be created after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
